3M™ Plate Mounting Tapes

3M Cushion-Mount^™ Plus Tapes and 3M Flexographic Mounting Tapes are designed for mounting flexographic printing plates to cylinders or sleeves. The Cushion-Mount range offers a complete set of foam densities, providing excellent print quality from process to combination to solid printing.

The adhesive on the linered (plate) side of the tape is designed for the mounting of photopolymer plates, providing excellent holding power and clean plate removal.

The adhesive on the non-linered (cylinder) side of the tape is designed for mounting to flexographic plate cylinders or sleeves, providing easy application and clean removal.

The liner on the "E" series of tapes feature a unique cross-hatched pattern which forms micro channels through the adhesive. These channels make successful tape application easier as they eliminate air bubbles to avoid print defects.
